Q: Is there a charge for estimates?
A: Stone Doctor is always pleased to examine your stone or tiled area and offer a treatment plan FREE of charge.

Q: Are you a franchise and are you insured?
A: Yes we are fully insured. We are not a franchise.

Q: Does your proposal include all labor and materials?
A: Yes

Q: How frequently should natural stone surfaces be sealed?
A: When used in showers or on kitchen or bathroom counter tops and vanities, stone surfaces should be sealed every six months to one year. Flooring and walls depending on traffic in most cases do well if they are sealed every one to two years provided a professional grade sealer is used.

Q: How long will my project take?
A: All jobs are different, however most jobs are completed within one day. If we think it will be longer we will tell you at the estimate or when you call to schedule.

Q: How far in advance should I call for an estimate or to schedule my estimated work?
A: Estimates can usually be accomplished within 1-3 business days. For scheduling work plan on us scheduling one to two weeks out. On occasion we have openings for smaller jobs sooner.
